CAT Generator Load Test at Delta


Delta recently supplied a CAT DE450EO 400kVA Prime Power rated diesel generator to our client partner Airlec Services. The set is for installation at a Defence facility based in Northern Australia. The scope of supply included a detailed load test to be carried out and witnessed by the relevant consultants and stake holders prior to delivery to site. Here you can see Delta technician Mitchell Wagland with Airlec Services MD Rankin Kunde monitoring the set under load.

The Canopied version as seen in this photo is manufactured from corrosion resistant galvanised steel sheet metal, and finished with rust resistant polyester powder coat, which is weather resistant and UV stable. Full System with Residential Muffler, large capacity bunded base tank with centralised lifting point and skid base with purpose-designed drag points.

City Of Darwin - Civic Centre - 500KVA FG Wilson Standby Diesel Generator Install 

We supplied and installed a 500kVA FG Wilson standby diesel generator and new switchboard at the Darwin City Council Chambers. The installation proved to be a challenge due to the location for the machine, but our experienced projects team handled it in their stride.

Delta recently sold this Kubota GL9000 diesel powered 9kVA single phase generator to a customer based in the remote town of Nhulunbuy in the Northern Territory.

Delta Electrics supplied and installed this FG Wilson standby generator at the Darwin Port Corporation in 2013. Today we carry out preventative maintenance on the set to ensure it's ready to go when most needed.
