Delta decided to install an FG Wilson 88kVA diesel three-phase generator capable of pumping out a significant 122 Amps of power per phase – more than enough to run the office computers, air-conditioning system and power tools used in our workshop. The generator has been fitted with an Automatic Transfer Switch which monitors power supply from the grid and automatically engages the back-up generator if the grid goes down and then shuts down the generator when the grid is back on line.
