SOLAR OPTIMISER AND INVERTER SERVICE

Our in-house technicians work in conjunction with leading Optimiser and Inverter manufacturers like SolarEdge and Fronius to support products in the field.

From time to time some units can experience faults due to lightning strikes or surges etc, or maybe a configuration setting such as the internet IP address needs updating and that's when our team of techs are called in to support the end user client.

While we always support the product we sell, we can also provide service support for new clients and other brands in the market place if the manufacturer is contactable.

The gensets range in size between 30kVA and 110kVA, while the locations vary from the Tropical North Coast of Arnhem Land to the Arid Desert Homelands surrounding Alice Springs. The units that are in cyclone prone areas were set-up with long range stand alone fully bunded fuel tanks to provide extended runs times in the event of a cyclone causing loss of town power.

The wide range of measurement functions and measurement methods in the analyser make it the ideal tool for both power quality troubleshooting and discovering energy savings Whether we're checking the performance of motors and generators, trying to discover the source of an intermittent power problem or performing an energy study the Fluke 435-II will give us the data we need to quickly get to the heart of the problem.
